Overview of Capabilities
Our primary emphasis is on the manufacturing of specialty corrugated packaging and containers. Beginning with high-performance singlewall combinations, we utilize a wide range of fibreboard grades to make custom boxes that meet specific customer needs. We also manufacture from a wide range of doublewall board grades. We have established our company as one of the largest sheet plant converters of triplewall in the Southwest.

Engineering Design
Our corrugated package engineering design staff is ready to provide any assistance necessary to help solve our customers’ packaging problems — everything from developing cost reductions to suggesting improved package performance. Working with our CAD systems, our design engineers turn innovative concepts into actual packaging solutions. We also recently added an on-site ISTA-certified testing lab to ensure that our designs are proven safe and correct for your valuable products.

Manufacturing Equipment
Having the right equipment has been a major focus for General Packaging. Every corrugated packaging job requires the proper tools, equipment, and people to yield the best-quality result. Our corrugated sheet converting plant is more able than ever to efficiently turn sheets into finished boxes. Capabilities include slitting, die-cutting, laminating, two-color printing (produced on either Hooper or Langston Printer Slotter presses), gluing, and stitching. We constantly strive to bring the best-quality processes together at the lowest possible cost.

Capability and Flexibility
Being a midsized plant is an advantage. We are flexible and geared to respond quickly to ever-changing schedules. Call us for small-, medium-, and large-quantity runs and heavy-duty and large boxes.
