General Packaging also sells and distributes A & J Reusable Containers and Cases. These include the DI Series of Cases — with and without custom foam interiors. The DI Containers are made using interior-grade plywood overlaid with polyethylene. Any size can be produced and custom-made within a modest lead time. These cases meet ATA 300 specifications.

We pioneered European technology here in the U.S. by playing a leading role in introducing the Palcorner (for palletizing corrugated containers) to the U.S. in the last decade. This product is now being molded here in Dallas, Texas, and no longer has to be imported from France. These lightweight pallet corners are molded from high-density polyethylene, and a set of four of them can replace a conventional pallet. Set pricing is usually less than a comparable wood pallet, and the four-piece corner set has a tare weight of less than four pounds. Freight savings are considerable when this tare weight is compared to the weights of softwood or hardwood pallets. The Palcorner nests 20 per box and takes up very little space. This product is inert, clean, waterproof, strong, tough, durable — and provides four-way pallet-jack entrance underneath a shipping container. Each corner is tested to support 2,000 pounds. No “Heat Treat” Certifications are needed when you ship using General Packaging’s Palcorner Pallet System!

General Packaging distributes selected products for Hardigg Industries, such as the Skid-Mate® and the Skid-Mate+Plus™ rotationally molded pallet base air-damped cushion devices. These products can be easily mounted beneath a pallet base in place of traditional wood skid runners to provide product protection and cushioning.
