Foam Fabrication
As an authorized Sealed Air fabricator, we are qualified to design and fabricate Sealed Air polyethylene foam into a wide range of configurations. We continuously strive to bring experience in product and application knowledge to our customers in an effort to present the most cost-effective packaging designs possible in our competitive marketplace. Density options begin with 1.2 PCF Stratocell® laminated plank. Sealed Air laminated plank densities also include 1.7 PCF and 2.2 PCF. Extruded plank products are available in densities of 1.7, 2.2, 4.0, 6.0, and 9.0 PCF. Also, Stratocell® 1.2 and 1.7 PCF, and Extruded 2.2 and 4.0 PCF densities are available in a pink anti-static composition for the proper protection of static-sensitive parts and components. Sealed Air plank foam is a recyclable, reusable, resilient, high-efficiency packaging and cushioning product with a superior ability to absorb repeated shock, making it a leader in the protection of valuable, delicate products. In addition, General Packaging also works extensively with all densities and compression ratings of polyurethane foam products. This flexible, popular packaging foam can be sawed, die-cut, contoured, convoluted, or used in a variety of other ways. It is also available in anti-static formulations.
