Automatic Pallet Maker
Our Viking Champion II, Viking QC306 Pallet Assembly System, and Rayco auto-mated pallet machines are highly automated pallet makers capable of producing a wide range of sizes with safety and precision. With an ability to set up these machines quickly, changeovers are easily performed. Pallet orders for quantities as small as 50 can be produced on these versatile machines, while daily production may reach 500 finished pallets per shift. The quality is superior to even the best hand-fabrication methods; nail location is sensor-controlled, and nail countersink depth is accurate and dependable. Deck board placement is uniform and determined by adjustable board locators. A vibration speed switch controls nail bowl vibrations and ensures a constant, smooth delivery of nails to the nail track system. Screw-shank or ring-shank nails are used exclusively in production of all our pallet orders. Our conveyorized stacker system moves finished pallets effectively away from the nailing section and into the uniform stacks our customers expect to see. Plywood and Lumber Containers
We utilize all thicknesses, types, and grades of plywood and lumber in the construction of our cleated plywood boxes, as well as in our high-tolerance domestic wood packaging products. The appropriate combination of wood types and grades provides dependable, cost-competitive containers that help ensure the protection of our customers’ products as they are shipped throughout the world.

Wood Product Plant
Our East Dallas wood pallet and wood product plant is located in the Fair Park area on South Fitzhugh. Covering over 50,000 square feet, the facility was originally completed in 1980 and has recently undergone major additions and upgrades. This wood product plant is one of the largest and most fully equipped facilities of its kind in the Southwest. From simple skids and pallets to the most sophisticated shock-mounted platforms, our custom products offer high quality and close tolerance that can be relied on by our customers.
